Throughout the session I have experienced many different sensations, I felt energy flow throughout and have seen beautiful colours! I was so surprised when you told me about a purple colour you’ve felt which I totally forgot to tell you - but now I’m sure we were 100% synced! I’ve felt at times the need to take a deep breath and by each sigh I felt stress left my body, I was much more balanced and could concentrate on work even better on a Friday afternoon! I can’t wait to have another session and I’m already looking up all the meanings of colours.
